Red, white, and blue is a classic color combination that can be taken far beyond the realms of the 4th of July and Memorial Weekend. This look pairs a boxy navy blue T-shirt (from OLD NAVY!) with bright red scarf, white skinnies (also Old Navy) and classic leather booties. I can almost guarantee that you have pieces of clothing in almost these exact colors in your very own closet - this is a super basic, easy look that uses the "third piece rule" (remember?!?) to pull things together.
